This is a vintage old kitchen collectable potato ricer or food press
Pressed iron fram & levered handles heavy steel tin perforated cup,, it is 11 inches long the cup is 3 1/4"tall 3 1/2 diameter, red or blue coated handles with some paint chipping due to wear.
Strong usable kitchen tool and has a great visual appearance to it
