WATKINS SALAD BOOK 1946 By ELAINE ALLEN
This book was put out by the J.R. Watkins Co. in 1946. It is metal spiral bound and is in excellent shape for the age. There are some colour plates within the book. There are 251 pages + index in the back. The covers are hard with a bend here and there, from being worked from in kitchens
The cover sizes are 8 3/8" X 6 1/2", and the inside pages are 8" X 6".
Excellent book for recipes of the day, or for the collector
